Information Collected
- Usernames: You can enter a username to comment on posts. The chosen username will appear publicly. This is stored as a cookie in your browser, not on our servers. It's not tied to any personal data, and anyone can use the same username simultaneously (Except for names relating to mods or the site admin, these usernames are automatically blocked from use)
- IP Addresses: When you click the "like" button under any media, our website logs the user's IP address so users cannot spam likes and artificially inflate the popularity of any post.
How the Information is Used
Cookies
Cookies are used to store usernames locally in your browser to ensure the site works as intended and the user experience is seamless. These cookies don't track you outside of this site and can be cleared anytime by deleting cookies in your browser settings. Note, clearing cookies will reset the virtual assistant Cass that appears at the bottom right corner of most pages. Cookies are used to make her dialogue feel a little more lifelike, for example: remembering how long it's been since you last accessed the site and greeting appropriately based on that.
Data Retention
- Usernames: Stored in cookies until the user clears them.
- IP Addresses: All logged IP addresses are routinely deleted on a monthly basis.

There are no images or videos hosted on this site that depict real life people, only fictional artwork.
- By using this site, you acknowledge and understand that the content is fictional and that the creators of this site do not support any behavior that would violate laws or ethical standards in real life.

Since users cannot upload any media to Fellatrixart.com, the only content they can contribute is text-based comments. The following guidelines outline what is and isn't acceptable in the comment sections:
Unacceptable Content

Moderation and Enforcement
- Automated Filters: Certain offensive language and hate speech words are automatically filtered out to prevent their use in comments.
- Manual Moderation: Comments may be manually reviewed by moderators to ensure compliance with this policy. Offending comments will be deleted.
Reporting Violations
If you come across content that violates these guidelines, please report it by messaging the #website channel in Fellatrix's official Discord server with a screenshot of the offending comment and a link to the page's URL
Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds: For any refund requests, contact SubscribeStar at [email protected].
Cancellation: To cancel your SubscribeStar membership, please log in to your Subscribestar account, then visit your Subscriptions page and click the "unsu"scribe" button. Please note that this will revoke your access to Fellatrix's Discord server and exclusive Subscribestar posts as well as access to Fellatrixart.com.
